Zero-Turn Mower Caster

A 13-inch front swivel caster for zero-turn mowers, built on the DFlex spring wall.

Zero-turn casters take abuse: 8 to 14 mph on turf and gravel, curb strikes, and a long moment arm that invites shimmy. The build uses an unfilled polypropylene hub with an insert-molded steel bearing sleeve, a two-bearing architecture with a calibrated spacer, and an overmolded TPE tread.

Open test gates: sustained-speed heat test (30 minutes at 10 mph, 400 lb, 35°C ambient) and tread-to-hub bond characterization.
